Milling

American Metal Enterprises provides CNC machining services for a variety of industries. Our customers are traditionally in the Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, Electronics, Marine, Medical, Motorcycle, and Space Industries. We specialize in CNC precision machining in both the vertical and horizontal milling processes providing a close tolerance for precision parts. We have over 25 years of CNC machining experience and can handle even the most complex precision machining projects.  All our CNC mills use computerized FANUC controllers in G code form.  We will create CAD files  to produce a highly accurate  part and then precision machine them to the customers specifications. Advantages of CNC milling include the ability to create almost any 2D or 3D shape with smooth edges. We also  have experience in a wide variety of materials with various finishing options.
